From humble beginnings back in 2008, Small Job Van has grown into a multifaceted property maintenance, building & construction company providing services to both the domestic and commercial sectors whilst also servicing a number of government agencies, asset management companies and corporate clientele.
Whilst our head office is based in Mangonui, we now have a large team of experienced builders servicing the greater Far North region from Kaikohe through to Kerikeri, Doubtless Bay and Kaitaia including all surrounding and outlying areas and towns.
As a building and renovations company, we work closely with a number of contract partners including sparkies, plumbers, plasterers, painters and flooring specialists to ensure each project runs as smoothly as possible, no matter how large or small. With larger projects, our project managers have the knowledge & experience to ensure each trade is onsite when required to maintain the smooth transition into the next phase of development.
